EQUIPPING kids to follow jesus and live out their calling.
God’s children are our priority
Equipping children to follow Jesus and live out their calling is at the heart of all we do in Cornerstone Kids. We will ensure that every child who comes into our ministry is welcomed, valued, loved, and led well, so that each one will grow in their faith and in their friendship with our heavenly Father.

FAQS
first time Families
We can’t wait to get to know your family, and we look forward to welcoming and introducing your children to Cornerstone Kids! On your first visit, stop by the First time Guest Table in the lobby where you will be greeted by a volunteer who will help you get settled. If you’re bringing an infant or young child, please bring a diaper bag with any personal belongings your child enjoys.
Children’s Check-In & Safety
The safety and security of all children in our ministry is a priority for us at Cornerstone. We use a secure check-in/check-out process. We conduct background checks on our volunteers and staff, and we adhere to our Safe Church Policy across all ministries with children.
Pebble Path
We love our little ones, and our goal is to provide a safe, inviting and spiritually-enriching environment for them. We use the First Look curriculum as a foundation for discipling this age group. Sunday mornings include worship, Bible teaching, memory verses and so much fun!
Rock City
Elementary kids love Rock City!! It’s a unique space and place where fun happens, faith grows and children are loved and accepted for who they are in Christ. We use Brite* curriculum as the foundation for discipling this age group. Sunday mornings include worship, Bible teaching, small groups and tons of faith-building fun!
Ministry to 4th & 5th Graders
We know children at this age are capable of making big strides in their faith, and we want to walk beside them, encourage them, and celebrate with them as they do! Our Brite* curriculum offers special lessons designed to engage and inspire this special age group. We also offer monthly special events, Merge Camp, and serving opportunities that your kids will love!
Partnering with Parents
Parents are the primary influencers of faith in their children’s lives. And, our goal is to partner with our parents to disciple and influence the spiritual development of children. We offer on-going support and resources for this. For elementary children, there are weekly family resources at the bottom of this page. For preschool families, we encourage you to check out The Parent Cue app.
our volunteers
Cornerstone Kids volunteers are passionate about helping children grow in their faith and find a place of belonging in the family of God. Your child will be welcomed each week by loving and caring volunteers who are eager to share their heart for Jesus with your children.

Special Needs
If you have a child with special needs, know that he or she will be welcomed and loved in Cornerstone Kids. We will work together with you to determine the best way to meet their needs and to help them grow in their faith. Our first step in Cornerstone Kids, will be to match a dedicated volunteer buddy with your child. Our buddies help our children engage in meaningful lessons, and learn and grow in God’s unfailing love for them.
