Hi Everybody! My name is Dr. Zoey Paws, and you may have seen me on a National Geographic’s “Wild and Wacky Animals” episode. I love finding and working with the most unique and strange animals on the planet. I have heard about the Cornerstone Zoo and am excited to be a guest at your “Weird Animals” summer exhibit during Camp Cornerstone 2014. I am going to introduce you to some crazy weird animals.

Don’t miss the fun! It all starts on Tuesday night, June 3, at 5:30 pm with Family Night and continues through Friday night June 6. We’ll eat a hot dog dinner then gather together for our Weird Animals Opening Stampede of worship, Bible teaching and drama. Family Night is open to all ages and will conclude at 7:00 pm.

The Weird Animal experience continues Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights from 6-8:15 pm. These are drop-off nights for kids, rising kindergarteners to rising 6th graders. Parents, once you check your children in, you are free for the night, unless you’re volunteering at Camp Cornerstone.

In addition to our exciting worship, drama and Bible teaching, your kids are going to have a blast with all of our the great activities on Crafty Creature Night, Wild to Serve Night, and Untamed Games Night. I hear there are even glow games and inflatables this year. Mostly, I can’t wait to learn some really awesome things about our God who created all of the amazing animals and who loves us even when though we’re all a little weird!

Now you know, it takes a lot of folks to run a zoo, so please volunteer to serve at Camp Cornerstone. Volunteers are guaranteed to have as much fun as the kids!

The cost to register for Weird Animals is $10 and includes a t-shirt, all activities, the hot dog dinner, and all snacks. The deadline to register is May 26. So register today to get your spot. Speaking of spots, I do believe God made some pretty awesome creatures that have spots, and we will get to see some of them at the Cornerstone Zoo at Camp Cornerstone! But WATCH OUT for the Stink-O-Saurus!
