During the last week, Cornerstone Church sent two mission teams to Buloba, Uganda, in our continued support for local, regional, national and international missions.

The first team, Team Africa-Uganda Baseball Mission, left Thursday, July 11,2013. This team is serving the people of Uganda in a variety of ways while also sharing Christ through Baseball. They will attach rain-catchers to houses and help out the kids at the Buloba School by helping with homework and serving meals.

Another team focused on Children’s Ministry left on Sunday, July 14. They will serve mainly at the Ebeneezer Primary School in Buloba, consisting of 150 kids and 8 teachers. This is the school which the Cornerstone-sponsored children attend. This team will be teaching in the classrooms, playing with the kids, and holding a Teacher Appreciation event.
